Relationship Counseling

It can be difficult at times to navigate life with others. Whether you are feeling unsatified in your romantic partership(s), navagating conflict with a parent, or struggling to manage roommate dynamics, you might benefit from relationship counseling.

My approach to relationship work is attachment-based. We will be exploring how your early life experiences have shaped each of your relationship expectations and fears, and how your insecurites may be leading to unhealthy cycles. From there, we will work towards building the tools to approach one another with empathy and understanding while also setting appropriate boundaries. The goal is to create a healthy and secure relationship, and if this is not possible, then to end the relationship mindfully.

Please note that relationship therapy is NOT recommended in cases of abuse. If your partner, parent, or friend has physically, sexually, or emotionally abused you, it is best to attend individual counseling rather than family/couple’s therapy.

Start “growing together” instead of “growing apart.”
